She´s a "Beddy Bear" - put her in the microwave for 90 sec and she´ll warm you for two hours - who can resist such an offer (living in a cold, winterly place)?
I can not.

She´s from Greemlife Value and smells like mint!
(got her for less money via online- chemist's)

I wanted to order her since a about a month!
Problem was: As new custumer you cannot chose Packstation (German), a station nearby where you can pick your parcel anytime, but you have to give your home-address. So I had to wait for the move to the new place.
Ordered her Thursday evening.

Actually I wanted to name this post:

... or IT In General

Because... got an E-Mail yesterday I found today (due to boring company-xmas-party/dinner yesterday), saying the package is on the way and I can check at DHL (German).
Which I did...



Isn´t this just great?
I could follow Dörte´s status right from the start of her Journey via Hamburg, Osterweddingen (huh??? where is that?) and learned she´s arrived here in Braunschweig at 08:51 today!

I tell you why this is important.
Dunno bout your place, this Wiki-article is in German only, maybe it´s a German problem?
We have Drücker over here, they come in gangs/columns, two people usually.

They push (drücken) your bell and when you open they try to sell you magazines or such and try to get in, try to force you to "buy" something, try to get your signature to do whatever with it.
Works obviously great with Elderlies.

This is why I never open unless I expect someone.

Your problem as well, Drücker? What are they called like? What do you do against them?


Buuut... thanks to DHL´s online-service I jumped and ran to the door when the bell rang (whilst "working" on this post), aaaand Voilá, with no further delay, Dörte is here! :-)

"Sadly" I´m not cold, though. She doesn´t have to work right from the beginning ;-)

Addendum: Dörte is great!!!! I love her! The smell... so soothing! The warmth, awww - and dang cute :-)
No danger of hot water running out, either. Easy, clean.
