FFO, Smile, Cat & Dog

Work is still... stressy, so I started but then... if your heart is not at it... delay. Nicole will hopefully understand I join FFO with the starter only. To join Annie´s Smiles, how about this?

Some funnies after a here dark, too cold for the year week...

And to the herbs/spices-thingy (I got it now, River, but this is where my thought came from):

We made jokes about that, Ingo and I. In my family we very often had parsley for dinner. Dinner was bread, cheese, parsley, stuff like that. Lunch was always warm food, cooked.
These days... in the week I stuck to my family´s tradition, on the weekends cooked food is dinner - how about you?

Henry 🦁

Weather-wise hopes are low, but... smile and show a happy face, right?

  5. You have some good funnies today. I've always wondered what that last number on milk bottles is, since it isn't a year-hopefully. Ha ha. Hope you're having a good FRiday. hugs-Erika

  8. Love the store closed funny, Iris.
It is hot here so no cooked food this week - salads for days.

  9. In our house dinner was always cooked, whatever time of day it was, lunchtime or evening. The cold meal was lunch if eaten in the day or tea if eaten in the evening. In winter I often had two cooked meals. Graham would ask: What's for tea?
Now that I live alone, I have one cooked meal a day at 2 or 3 pm and something light (like cheese and biscuits with a glass of wine, or an egg/omelet or something) in the evening.
    Have a nice weeekend,
    Lisca

  13. Some nice smiles here. My weekday dinners are usually simple, MOST of the time, just me (it's cycling season for Rick). Weekend, we cook and cook well. In the summer, more grilling. In winter, inside. All good!

  16. When working, we always had the bigger hot meal in the evening, but recently we’ve been changing back and forth. Americans in most of the 20th and 21st century had the more elaborate meal in the evening — that is, the Americans who don’t eat hamburgers for EVERY meal,

I love the video, that's so sweet.

  18. Sorry to be late visiting. I LOVE parsley. I eat one meal a day, so if it's hot outside, it's a cold meal, like salad. If it's cold out, I eat a hot meal. Starting in May, I have tried to eat a more balanced meal each day. LOVE the smiles, especially the push/pull.
