Nope. That Trump story is true -- it was part of his press conference with the Liberian president and took place quite a few months ago. (July 2025). I truly believe he is insane. (Trump, that is.) And terribly dangerous. I wish I could get out of this country. It will take forever to get it back to civility.

ReplyDeleteThe tiles aren't boring at all and for me at least, it's better that the red is broken and not completely surrounding. It is a lovely red shade, my sister would love it. I don't like the red that is almost orange.

Sadly the tiles are on the floor as well and it always looks dirty with the shades. Maybe you´s like the living-room and hall green better? I have meds to take for in case for on the plane - oh, wish we were there already - I hate flying.

ReplyDeleteWitzig, wir haben auch eine rote Küche - die Farbe nennt sich "poppy red", mit der ich 2012 die Küche strich, die vorher in einem langweiligen beigen Weiß war. Jetzt poppt sie richtig.
Besser vor deiner Reise krank sein als während der Reise. Ich hoffe sehr, dass es dir möglichst schnell wieder besser geht.
Ich frage mich, ob jemand, der kein Deutsch versteht, den "Rotz" verstanden hat. Ich musste sehr grinsen - und kann mir so richtig vorstellen, wie es dir geht. Rotz ist ein herrliches, treffsicheres Wort.
