On the way home yesterday evening, isn´t this too beautiful?
And this day started even better!
I don´t know if I get forgetful or if I had a helper aka Ingo - either way, no one stole us 🤣
I have my glasses in the hall, so I always get up more or less "blind", my right ear has more or less left me, too, I´m like an old dog.
And I thought... now what is that noise?!
Put on the glasses and moved on.
And then I ran!!!
I grabbed the cam and here you hear why!
The balcony-door was slightly open and you could hear how the wonderful, beautiful summer-rain gave me a morning concert on our "drum"!
Is there a better way in the world how to start?
(OK, yes, Outback and birds waking you, but, alas, this is as great!)

I listened to the rain for a long time last night. From my bed a wonderful sound. But I repeat: from my bed
I used to sleep under the roof back in the day, now we live ground floor... hence the bucket.
A four hour meeting! I hope your bladder is strong. I like rainy mornings as long as I don't have to go anywhere. I don't mind getting rained on when I'm on the way home because I can change and dry off when I get there, but when I'm going somewhere I like to stay dry. The sound of rain is a wonderful noise.
We thankfully have a break (right now) and yes, rain-wise I´m the same as you - on the way home, please! And there please, YES, if warm!
Rain on metal is a nice sound. I love listening to the rain on the metal roof of the sunroom though it does make listening to the television difficult. This weekend, we're supposed to get some of nature's fireworks. Always fun to sit in the sunroom and watch the thunder and lightning show. Enjoy your day!
Oh, enjoy big! I so miss a good nature´s firework!!! Way too seldom here - but!!! I saw one (.. one....) at the summer festival last Friday :-)

Love this time of year! We had some birds nesting in a tree and they just grew up and flew away 2 days ago.
It's lovely, we have our fire going at the moment and it's a very drizzly day.
