Had another tough day "at work" sitting by myself in an 8-people-office.
Thankfully two female colleagues paid me a visit.
I´m still not used to having female colleagues, it´s really nice.
Not that the male ones aren´t!
I was advised to not only drop off the Frozen-bed linen come Friday but get something for Wee One, too.
Really at age 2 1/2 you realise when your Sis gets "fancy" bed linen and you get nothing?
I´ll drop it off at Bro´s place, won´t see the kids, sadly.
Still have the souveniers from Perth at home, too.
Sad they never can make an hour or two for me.
Ex-Teamleader´s son is getting married and his girlfriend... she woke up!
They can communicate again via lip-reading. I wonder.... he is so strong for so long.
Is this her body flaring up a last time? Since November the "final phase".
After "work" I took the car to the garage to get summer-tyres.
Oh.My. Oh! My!
Traffic was bad!!! It took me literally forever with all the construction sites.
And then... the female assistant in the garage asked her colleague if he´d taken care of "the dame", the lady, refering to me.
Serious?!
It´s official, I´m old.
And grumpy, too!
What is it with cyclists at full speed on the sidewalk?!
Twice on the march home, what are they thinking, are they thinking?
You hear nothing and next moment are near to a heart attack cause they speed by just centimeters and you were just thinking, hmmm, do I turn here to cross the road? I would´ve run directly into those guys! Or their bikes, rather. In rain, too.
Will get the car back today.
Summer-tyres, maybe a start away from the bad weather?

You're not old Iris and you know anyway you look at least ten years younger! I know what you mean about cyclists riding too fast, and then they look at us as if we're in THEIR way 😀 Can't believe you haven't seen the nieces yet, not good!

Yer, many also cycle very fast on the wrong side not even having a look if a car might stop. Stupid! Or very clore to entrances... stupid!

I agree with you and Grace, when walking on shared pavements sometimes cyclists don't ring their bell and just whoosh past at full speed!

Nah, Sami, not shared, only for pedestrians, that´s what makes me even grumpier!
Yes, well, Bro said they´ll be busy for quite a while still, which is really sad.
As a cyclist, I'm quite used to people blowing by just inches away. Happened a couple of times just yesterday. Sigh!
It´s an ongoing fight, I suppose! ;-)
