This weekend is meant to be packed. Day of Lower Saxony people from Friday to Sunday, big party, one of the biggest events here ever they say or... hope.

But yes - they´re renamed to Braunschweig Lions, yippeeee.
Clothes-store New Yorker had them from 2011-2025 and named them "New Yorker Lions" - what nonsense!!!
Just so you know: "They have been in the German Football League continuously since 1994 and are the record holders for most German championships with twelve German Bowl victories. Internationally, the Lions have been successful with six Eurobowl wins."

Leider habe ich die GoldenGirls nur selten gesehen - ich hatte es nicht so mit Serien, weil ich es meistens schaffte, einen Großteil der Folgen zu versäumen. Inzwischen streame ich, da geht das viel einfacher 😉
Bei uns soll das Wochenende auch verregnet sein - oder jedenfalls der Samstag. Am So KÖNNTE es besser werden, jedenfalls hoffen wir das, weil wir Pläne haben. Mal sehen. Ich drück dir die Daumen für passables Wetter beim Lions Spiel.
Apropos: Der Bananen-Katzen-Lion ist auch klasse! Nicht so süß wie der Salathund, aber richtig gut gemacht!
