Well, we´re not really bad, certainly. Bad is German for bath/bathroom.
And we just had to get rid of this:
We never ever took a bath, always just a shower. So we made sure this huge, old thing gets some fresh air!
We didn´t even have to pay to get rid of it, someone "stole" the ole tub!
And we were left with this:
We finally got a board:
And got rid of the chaos.
The ugly white had to go, too:
Let´s hope this was a good idea! We changed to...
And finally yesterday they finished the shower. It had to dry a day, but can you guess how much I look forward to take a shower tonight???
Ingo did a great job with the yellow watering can - we needed not even 5 litres of water to wash my hair!
We got rid of the door finally, too.
Who needs a door for the bathroom anyways?
And I finally, finally have a cat!
And we got a new lock for the door of the flat and balcony.
Let´s hope the burglar doesn´t go for the students opposite us but decides to take the arrogant neighbour´s.

I love your bathroom renovation Iris, you have no idea how much I've wanted to do this also, we have the shower over the bath, but no one ever uses the bath..this is definitely going to be my next project..get rid of the bath..the shower curtain made me laugh..very 'physco' haha!
Oh, yes, Grace, I do have an idea! ;-) Since age 20 I almost always lived in places with a tub. 9 days without wasn´t fun but this shower is just great - fingers crossed the guys in your place are faster!
The only thing I miss is the funny shower curtain, you´re so right!
Haha, love that shower curtain!!! And it looks like you reverted to 'camping' style with the watering can - there's something to be said for the old ways ... I LOVE your bathroom makeover - and envy your ability to do it!
Oh, yes, camping!!! We had a solar shower back then and in the middle of nowhere (on the way to Wolfe Creek crater)... well, guess some truck driver might tell a story we do! Really! Was us. Hehe.
