So far I´m very satisfied with rapeseed fields, aren´t they just beautiful?
Certainly I remembered I wanted to take pics only when I saw them - still was in time - kinda :-)
Why I forgot? Well, after 8 hours of work I stumbeled into a little workshop, so to say.
My teamleader just loves soccer and atm has time on his hands. So, certainly he asked if I mind if he prepares the little game we offer in our B2E-portal for FIFA World Cup - "who wins?"
Certainly I don´t and whilst I lost heaps of my knowledge on JavaScript he does a great job - and a different one to that I know, too.
Have to sneak in another great pic my cam did - really, I´m 99% concentrated on traffic here, the cam does the job alone... it´s less of a job than changing a channel on the radio.
I have to take a little detour here, too - see that frog? It´s actually a mat where you can put your smartphone in whilst driving - doesn´t slip. (I just have it cause it´s cute - I don´t even have a smartphone...).
When we went to Perth last November I gave my car to my teamleader.
It´s just too dangerous to leave a new car at the same spot for four weeks, right? So I asked him if he wanted to use mine - he´s got a private car, mine is a company car, that way he can save km on his.
He said afterwards, wow, small, but fast car in the city!
The frog once even slipped down. MY! My poor car ;-)

Well, my teamleader wanted to have flags in the World Cup-game, so I got him some - he then thought, hmmm, why not as animated gifs? Since my VW-boss is on holiday, I have to do parts of her job, ran out of time and told him he maybe can use my PC with the right program to do that himself (with his account).
And somehow we ended up at that little JavaScript-session where he showed me how he works.
I have to say: He´s a great teacher.
And... wow. I learned it either totally different or he´s much deeper in the subject so he can teach me better ways!
I´m impressed - and it was fun, too!
I´m really kinda glad I have some time on my hands atm, too, since the customer changed systems - my interest to learning this has truly come back - and I tell you: It sure was due to the way he explained.
Have to make that clear again, soon!

He advised me to take care to not sit by said colleague´s side.

Apart from the beautiful rapeseed fields I have to say...
I´m at an age where you don´t see the age yet (being forever young, huh?). My teamleader is my "little" Bro´s age, 5 years younger. He studied what we´re doing now - I did study something far away from it and got my knowledge mainly autodidactic and from short 1-3-day "trainings" and by learning by doing.
Thankfully he doesn´t look that much younger than me - it´s kinda weird to learn from a younger one. Stupid, I know!
How do you feel about this?
And he does a fantastic job!
Not just as a teamleader who allows me the freedom to work from 05:45 - 01:45, but as a "fun-" teacher.
Wish I had had this luxury at school/study!
