When I left the house it was grey outside and I thought, hmmm, brolly or not?
I just went over to Hamburger Street when the rain set in like... FULLY!
Dear lord!
I wore sneakers as it´s a 35 minutes walk - my feet were soaked!
NameSis waited inside, laughing - AT (not about) me - she knows I love rain.
We shared the worst Lasagna ever but it was fun.
Had a cuppa and the sun came out.
"Never gets boring with you", she said as good-bye.
Well, goes both ways!

Glad you finally got the long-needed rain. Sorry about the wet feet but you seem to take it in very good stride. What else can you do?!
Oh wow that really was a downpour, so cool I love the sound of rain. We have had a fair bit last couple of days too, and more coming. Sounds like you had lots of fun with your Namesis, shame about the lasagna 😉
...we haven't had a rain like that here in several months, perhaps a hurricane will bring us some!

We have had a pretty wet summer (after a VERY wet spring) but the rain still seems like a wonderful time.
