I think a lot of people reflect these days.
How much businesses have closed down and how can it be that Ingo works side by side with colleagues - they have to "hand" over tiniest parts - but they are not allowed to go into a bar afterwards and share a beer or whatever.
Or, what Ingo just said to me, "remember when you worked for the undertaker? Tiny parts of chipped wood everywhere when you worked on it - did you wear a mask?" No. And now you find masks everywhere. Likely dumped into the street cause it´s a job too hard to carry them to a rubbish-bin (irony, right).
You work hard you get hungry. Hm.
"To Go!" ... Just... you have to wear a mask in the heart of the city. Likely it´s cold once you can take the mask off...
Huh. I´m SO done with Currywurst anyways, LOL! Even if "Braunschweiger specialty".
I worked as external for VW and once a week it was Currywurst-day and we were kinda "forced" to join - can you imagine?
"Forced" as for the guys we were but a team! Our VW-boss send the song Currywurst around every time 😍
16 years and I would´ve been forced to pay 50% more in the canteen being external (the guys up there called it "guest").
I had a VW-colleague who faked a card for me, I paid the normal price.
Pffff. I can tell. He´s retired, I´m fired, it even rhymes!

It's very sad that all those businesses have been so badly affected by Covid.
It's a nice bedhead, it would look great with a bit of paint, lol. You can tell I'm always on the lookout for wooden furniture to paint ...
I like currywurst but not sure I could be eating it once a week for 16 years either.
And that you had to pay more at the canteen for being external is a bit crazy, glad the problem was solved :)

We got Sodhexo from our boss, but that a pain, also... Cheaper at the grocery store but you were looked at as if you were like a homeless person. Pity. Or... disgust. Many a colleague didn´t take the offer and I once got loud and said to such a person that I´m a graduated engineer, working!!!

R sure solved the problem, but just for me, which is a tad unfair, too. To the others...

The are crazy times for certain. I've never heard of curryworst. It is curry flavored sausage?
When I was a computer programmer, I hated the forced social events. Going out for drinks especially with the boss. Corona has sure taken its toll. Hopefully, the businesses will recover or can find ways to reinvent themselves. That is one regal Henry and his head/mane is shaped like a heart. Take care.
I do miss restaurants, but I don't mind the masks ... although I do feel like a bank robber sometimes, like when I don't wear my mask in the car, and I pull up to a store, and then put the mask on before I get out of the car.
