After over a year this is my first holiday. And I´m trying to do the taxes (in Germany, when you own something, a more than icky-complicated thing).
As if this wasn´t enough -7C/19F, heating off. Wish me luck I get it running with Ingo´s help through the phone.
Update: Haha, didn´t.
My plan was: Monday and Tuesday: taxes, Wednesday good clean up, then cooking, baking, reading, fun.
Reality - thank you for your well-wishes but: I feel still shitty. And sooo tired and cannot concentrate.
Bought fast food. And wrapped it up with cheese, in the pan, glass-lid on top, easy quick and as yummy as you can taste when you´re off health-wise.
(I taste near to nothing).

Dreamed the Spanish colleague sent me a signed Excel-file. Don´t you do that!!! We need it in the system and I am not allowed to load it up there.

Funny side note. The word "Gift" in German means "poison".

I suppose the bright side of being under the weather on your holiday is you won't have to use any sick time or personal day off. Feel better soon.

My German teacher used to relate an anecdote about the required American label on a postal package that was supposed to say “Unsolicited Gift” and how that worked with the German post office.

Sorry you are still feeling icky and NO Heat?! Ohhh, it is way too cold not to have heat. I am sure Ingo got it working. Interesting fast food. We never eat fast food. Maybe it is just our fast food in the US. LOL Rest and feel better.
Sorry to hear you can't taste much, have you done a covid test? Losing taste is a covid symptom, although other things can affect taste too. Even a cold.
I remember when you found that sweet kitty.
Roll up in some blankets and get enough rest.
I hope you are feeling better now. When down with cold, the best thing is wrap yourself up and stay in bed. I never like to do taxes.

Man, doing taxes isn't what you want to be doing when you are sick. So sorry! Hope you start feeling better soon. Love your little kitty in the blanket ... perfect wrapping :) Bundle up and drink a lot of fluids ... and, make sure you are not down with Covid :((i.e. do a test). Treatments for Covid are different than for the common cold.
