Dunno if the pink paper is typically German for meat, blue for fish, but well, here we go: No indication of what you have, because we bought it fresh from the horse-butcher:
I love Australia, but two things I miss there is good bread and good sausages!

Whilst the chef was taking care of the horses, I got the Lion ;-)

Never in my life have I had such a yummy bratwurst, I kid you not!
You could taste it´s not industrial, but hand-made, not fatty at all, so yummy you actually need no sauce or such!
Visit us in summer and taste THE bratwurst! I´m serious, and I´ll bring German bread as well.
Today we went to the white horse (coincidence) and, my, look at this, beautiful, no?
Back home Ingo opened summer-season, the green chamber is back (in winter we cover the window with styrofoam):
Since at dm there was again no free drinking water, the container being empty, and at the Rewe there the salad looked anything but fresh.....
We went to our Rewe and what did we find? No horse and way too large, but fun idea, huh?
Due to the size I just took a pic.
And don´t tell me off, you get offered kangaroo-meat in your place! ;-)
But here I had to buy:
The devil is yummy, yet I could not really taste any ginger. Let´s see ... or taste, rather, if the angel has a note of vanilla...
Very sadly this:

We got if from where we also got the Perth handbag holder, Price Savers T 19 in Joondalup.
Maybe I should´ve tasted the angel-water first!

This sausage declared as a "tofu" sausage and the "this is really yummy" answer from a vegetarian: What will be if I tell the story of the old moke?
The bratwurst really does look good!
I don't eat kangaroo meat at all, I find the taste quite sweet.
And yes, there's nothing like European bread here, although I have found artisan bread in weekend food markets and those are good, not like supermarket bread!
I last had kangaroo in 1999 and somehow suddenly did not like it no more - maybe the sweet taste it was!
We sure will try weekend markets next time, good idea, Sami!
And yes... such a yummy bratwurst!
