The Funny Mouse

I dunno, maybe I´ve posted this ages ago, we had to laugh so hard back then :-)
This post relates to the one from yesterday.

P was no trainee anymore, she became my boss, kinda, working directly at VW.

She´d invited a "designer" (you know, such kind of designer who has to compensate for not really being good in his job by wearing funky - aka thick cord-clothes - on a very hot summer day) - into my office.

So there we sat, from left to right: P, me, designer.

P was not used to working with two monitors...

As said, it was summer. I had a prune right by my... mouse.

P grabbed the prune.
I wondered, hmmm, hungry? Maybe she needs sugar, the excitement with the designer being here? Ok, just go ahead.

But P wasn´t starting to eat.
She was scooting the prune around on the table, staring at the right monitor, looking for the mouse moving.

JEEEZ!
Did I have a very hard time not to "puff and blow".
Especially as she looked even harder on the left one - the designer-guy following her direction.

It was plain too late to interfere without unmasking her.

How long can you hold a huge laugh?!

Luckily P saw finally what she had in her hand, shortly squealed, trying to surpress a laugh and carried on with the mouse.

The sec the designer was outta the door we laughed so darn hard, our bellies hurt.

Shoot, do I miss her. She got twin girls and stays at home for now.

Her boss, N, once grabbed a breadroll, no idea how many monitors were involved.

Take care what you put beside your mouse :-)

This happened about 10 years ago. Still the two of us can fall backwards laughing, remembering this episode.
Just imagine the due-to-heat-sweating-not-getting-anything-cord-guy to my right!

Whenever I see a prune.... LOL.

Did I ever mention I love peeps who can laugh about themselves?
P for sure can, too :-)
