Sunday around 5 the rain got lighter and we ended up going for some food at least.
Still the rain was so heavy we took a brolly each and yupps, red and green again.
We found three or four brave buskers - poor guys, must´ve been a frustrating Sunday...
Also Street Food Braunschweig was closing van after van.

I went to a different truck for a Moroccan burger - and was completedly ignored by the male staff.
Reminded me of Braunschweig international food festival were I wasn´t served at another Islamic stand - though this time I wore rain-clothes. Open hair-problem?
Another woman wasn´t served, either...
So much for tolerance :-(
Their loss, that way I ended up at the guys from Düsseldorf, the Bordsteinschwalben.
I got their very last burger, they packed up... to watch soccer!
Here we go, "The Pastrami":
72 hours marinated, 8 hours smoked beef - to die for!
Hope they come back next time - was their first time and they said they like Braunschweig - good vibes :-)
