Do you give salt on the spaghetti to get the water out? Maybe I used too much salt... Plus receipe said cream, Ingo said milk is the same. Maybe not! Taste was OK, though.
It's the same here Iris, HUGE four wheel drives to pick up the kids from school 😀 I really must try the courgette spaghetti soon!

I just cook the zucchini noodles on a frying pan with a little bit of butter, salt and pepper and eat that way. Never used cream but that would be nice for the carbonara of course (not milk though, it would make it too watery I think)
Ah, ok, so you don´t have to force the water out with salt! Thank you, that helps a lot!
