In heaven they talk about anything but the ocean.
About how beauti-, beautiful it is.
They talk about the sunset they had seen.
They talk about how the sun turned blood-red before he dived into the ocean.
And they talk about how they could feel how the sun lost his power and the chill of the ocean came up and the fire only glowed inside himself...
Summer takes a break again.
So much rain, the Oker looks green... temps low...
But, weee, I got some good music today, some music one or two years ago we listened to at Sonnendeck Süd (which seems to be closed down, sadly...)
They have/had real sand up there, it was a bit like being at the ocean.
As I type it´s raining heavily... but soon, huh, just a few months...
Most German music these days is really dumb, so when I read for the Song SONNENUNTERGANG (w. Til Schweiger), I thought, naaaah, I really, really do like him... but... singing?
The musicians blended in to music reminding you of a sunset the words his character spoke to his already (?) dead friend in the film Knockin' on Heaven's Door.
If you haven´t seen it... worth watching (in my eyes - I obviously have to re-watch it!).
Oh, summer... come back?
The ocean has to wait (Ingo took all sick days as holidays, due to the new (stupid) boss...)

That's terrible that Ingo was forced to take holidays instead of sick days. Isn't that a right to have sick days? Doesn't he get a Doctor's certificate to prove he was unable to work?
Yes, he could´ve done all that - but he´d be the first to get fired. The new boss doesn´t know yet what Ingo is doing, so... this was the best way.
Ah I see why Ingo did that! But isn't it terrible that he has to to feel more secure in his job! Hope the rain clears up over the weekend Iris 😃
