I usually do not participate in the Monthly themes (yet?) and it sure is a bit of an overdose to put up two posts in one day, but after having seen pics to this theme - and (here) dark November just cries for friends, I´d like to show you this pic above.
I did not take it, but it was taken with a non-digital camera - likely mine, too - in Australia in 1999 and when my filmroll was developed I found this and I have no idea how that had happened!!
Did a parent by accident grab my cam I no eye on?
Do miracles happen and a sad parent has one of my shots instead of their kid being #1, 2,3 or 4th place?
I do hope they all were friends and I do like the theme a lot.
1999... one of the best years in my life!

How very odd! It looks like a typical Aussie Junior school sports day shot.. believe me I know, I have many similar shots of my two. This is a really sweet idea for the theme Iris ✨
