Off early yesterday to the market and in the secret garden I finally saw snowdrops!!!
My parent´s garden was always full with them. Nice sight to start March, huh?
The garden is planted and taken care of by an elderly couple.

Good morning loved seeing spring in your post-we are going back to cold this week.
I try not to respond to politics-but I watched everything unfold.
sadly Ukraine's President wants USA soldiers on the ground-that's want he meant when he kept saying he wants us to give him security and sadly he is now saying he won't agree to no cease fire along with the minerals agreement which he agreed to before coming to the white house. He is used to Biden giving him billions of dollars and our military equipment-most of that money is not even accountable. the minerals agreement-which again he agreed to-would have brought in American miners and workers-Putin would not attack with that happening.
and Ukraine's President didn't have the decency to wear a suit when he came to negotiate
Americans can not afford to continue to pay for Ukraines war-we are going broke with the mishandling of money over the years

Oh and the high egg prices here is due to Biden killing most all of the egg laying hens in our country do to a bird flu-instead of searching for a cure and figuring out containment of the ill hens. high egg prices has nothing at all to do with this current administration

To the security/taking the minerals - Selenskij was not even allowed to talk- that was at least what we saw on TV... It cannot be a taking without giving. Plus Europe helps, too... we don´t want the money back...
Ukraine was a peaceful, striving country, Put#n had no right to start a war out of the blue.
Stopping research is not the solution and it may not only affect eggs but also meat etc...
...the governments of Europe need to step up and support freedom when Trumpy Dumpy won't!!!

Liebe Iris, wie schön, ich freue mich immer wieder über den Anblick von Schneeglöckerln. Vor einer Woche habe ich bei einem Wald-Spaziergang mit unserem Enkel die ersten hiesigen gesehen, die hatten aber die Blüten noch geschlossen.
Schöne Impressionen vom Markt hast du gesammelt. Käse in interessanten Sorten hätte mich auch gereizt. Kohl würde hier nur ich mögen, Herr Rostrose flüchtet vor Geruch und Geschmack - leider!
Was das Treffen von dem Mann mit den gelben Haaren und Selenskij betrifft, fehlen mir die Worte. Ein hungriger Henry könnte vielleicht Abhilfe schaffen, aber der hätte auch in Europa einiges zu tun...

I was very ashamed watching that interview in the Oval Office, Trump and Vance didn't even try to listen to Zelenskyy, they just kept on at hime for not being grateful and saying thank you to them.
Vance: you have not once said thank you"
Zelenskyy: "I have said many times, thank you"
Vance: "but not once here in this room today"
on and on and on with Trump calling Zelenskyy a dictator who attacked Russia and doesn't want a ceasefire.
Zelensky: "because Russia does not respect a ceasefire"
Trump: "you are gambling with world war three"

It´s called like this in Braunschweig only! :-) All others call it Karneval (as far as I know, maybe other names exist, too).
Yes, it was a very big shame, but I kinda was not really surprised..
