We (Must) Manage

This tea-towel was made by people with "restrictions" - some we all have, I think.
Right arm, right ear.... pfffft, not much use here. I wear glasses. When others talk ... I cannot filter, it all goes in my brain.
So this Quokka tells me "it´s OK".

How about you?

I showed you here when we were there in person.

This is for

Henry is asleep. Or... if you look close... in first pic!
A wonder I woke up.
Menopause is a terrible thing and no. I am not supposed to take other "pills" for two months.

Hello Iris,
Your quokka is a cute critter. We do not see them here.
I miss seeing Henry! Thank you for linking up and sharing your critter post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.

Hi Eileen, I think Quokkas you only find on Rotto, Western Australia.
To a great weekend! Here rather a cold one... Summer is on vacation. Again.

Thank you, Kathy. The "heat" I could need now, I am but tired.... And then I will be OK, right.

The quokka looks so happy. We have some here in our Adelaide Zoo, they have a big "desert" space to run around in with grasses and logs for hiding. it's true we all have our own restrictions, I wear glasses and sunglasses because the glare gives me bad headaches, other restrictions are of my own making, I don't go out and about as much as I used to, I worry about missing a train or bus to get home again before dark. I'm too old to be out after dark, I can't run like I used to if there are muggers around.

Yes, and... well, I didn´t touch (as they are wild animals after all)... they seem very friendly. To a good next week, hugs!

Yes, I hate being out alone in the dark, too! And the time is coming again.
Not hearing properly does not help, either....
But. As Ingo´s Dad says: Get old or just die, so... to getting old and smiling like a Quoakka!

You are right, well all have limitations, some more severely than others. I feel lucky, mine are nothing much, just my knee and general arthritis. I am thankful.

Balance feels easier on two wheels than in life. Here’s to embracing the small joys, and smiling through it all.
