Kununurra, Darwin, awww. this makes me so "homesick". This, of course is NT, Northern Territory already.
To be honest... I haven´t seen a Coles in years. I´m a Woolies.
But!!! We once stayed in a small village in the Atherton Tablelands just because a Coles there had real "German" breadrolls, called "petit pains" - a French baker, hmmm, sooo yummy. A joy!
If we were rich and Ingo healthy.. guess where we´d be! On the road!

Sad as it is. The doc said it was a joy to have a patient who is sober and clean for a change.

I always greet people.
At "our" shopping Centre in Madley only ALDI has tokens for the trolleys - BIG W and Wollies have them for free so there are trolley-collectors, mostly Aborigines. They never look at me. Sad.
I remember that little Aborigine-boy who walked over to us, pointing at me, "you: girl!" - at Ingo, "you: boy!" and gave us a wonderful, proud grin. That was 1999.
I wonder what he´s up to now. His parents were sober and had a new car.

I love the giant Gator. I heard there are a lot of these throughout Australia. Not sure how true that is since I've never been there though. Have a great rest of your weekend. Do you celebrate Easter? If so, hope it's a happy one. hugs-Erika

Wie schön wäre es, wenn ich einmal im Outback sein könnte. Im Winter habe ich einen Roadtrips im Südwesten der USA gemacht. Jeden Tag in einem anderen Ort. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Leider geht das nicht jedes Jahr. Auch wenn du nicht feierst, wünsche ich dir einen schönen Ostermontag

Well, I prefer driving in the Outback. The flight to your place was scary enough - we flew rather deep! Oh, yes, still WA, both, oh, it was soooo long ago (which is no excuse!).
Yes, I could work for ESE from there, but Australia will not take me as I´m over 50 and Ingo already hit 60... Hmmm... dreaming... where to live. See today´s post!
