You Get Arrested (Not)

As mentioned in last post I had to park the car not exactly around the corner, in fact near the fire-station that is situated at the end of a long road where the wind can blow through.

So when I arrived at my car I nearly couldn´t believe my eyes.
Or my hands. I really had to force the doors open through the ice!
No glovies, certainly...

And scratch, and scratch...

At least you warm up a bit by that.
But... hello?! November has just started!

Tested the roads a bit, oh.my.
Partly extremly slippery, it was frightening.
I made my way to Wolfsburg and tested again.
Luckily dry.
Cause...

We´re nearly at the set of lights when it jumps from green to yellow.
Everybody moves a tad faster. But the dude in front of me - he stops!!! Can you believe that?!
Was my lucky day the road was dry and I came to a halt in time.

Really. You do not get arrested for crossing at orange!

Teamleader was 1 1/2 hours later and reported 3 ambulances already :-(

M was working with us for a change again and nearly fell off his chair when I said I had to scratch.
Last season I had to but 2-3 times, he nearly every morno.

What a crazy weather, no?

Later it warmed up and I even went for a longer "power"-walk. On main ways only cause it was dark on the way back. Thanks to stupid switching to winter-time.
I know no one who likes this!

I hence past this place where Bro, Mum and I once had apple-pie with vanilla-soft-ice on one of my birthdays, before she went sick.

Now it turned to a place "like home" - we had this wallpaper!

Let´s hope this was just a mean visit, weather-wise - phew, was my lucky day, huh, driving-wise.
