I used to call my Mother "Mutti", my Brother called her "Mami".

I love how the cans were repurposed and I simply adore the flowers on the balcony. These are stunning and incredible, Iris. Loved Henry today, too.

Cute way to grow herbs (I think) in those big cans.
It seems to be a traditional thing, with females ending in "i' and males ending in "a". Or vice versa I was told this by a Polish woman in the shoe factory who said if I had been raised in Germany, my surname would have ended in "a" as I was female even though the spelling ended in "i".
Maybe it is different in Germany, but certainly confusing.

Oh I love these plants Iris!!! It makes me super happy on this hour break that I have from work! I miss my garden so much, I'm trying to work on having more plants soon :)
