If I want... when I want to fry an egg it seems to know and the yolk breaks.
Eeeek.
I plan on scrambled eggs? Yolk OK.
I start to lie on my eggs.
And that was the outcome!
Well, better go for fish?
I have a "Brigitte", a woman´s magazine from the 70´s, got the kids outta there, took water colours and....
And the kids loved it! Or the paper, look what happened!!!!!
Crazy, don´t you think??? Funny, too, and who does not need a surprise-thumbs-up?

Funny with that thumbs up that appeared.... I managed to fry 4 eggs yesterday and they all came out perfectly, but that doesn't happen often. We had spinach with mashed potatoes and eggs, yummy! Have a nice day, Valerie

Tom, I hate broken eggs on bread! For crying out loud ;-)
Sometimes when I fry the egg on lower heat it comes out nice. Mostly I break the yolk when I try to make them easy-over.

I love my eggs up, so this looked like a pretty good egg. I never turn mine because I don't like a crust on both sides.

Don't usually have a problem with eggs breaking when frying them.
That thumbs up on the watercolour is quite funny.
I think breaking eggs is all about luck, I never keep mine in the fridge or in a cool place always room temperature.
The thumbs up on the page was a good thing to find even if you hadn't intended it to happen.

Eggs are still good no matter broken or not-for me I have solved that problem-I no longer flip them but put a flat lid on top-turn the burner a little bit lower and keep and eye on them so the top is just cooked and the yolks don't get too hard.

Eggs can be a bit tricky sometimes...Love how the "thumbs up" appeared. I've heard of oat milk but never had it. Happy T day!
I don't know if this will help, but I break the egg into a cup or bowl and then gently slide it out into the skillet when I'm frying an egg. I always have more trouble when I break directly into the pan and I think it's because I do it from too high up to avoid the heat or any splatter! The cup method works pretty well.
I like your piece a lot. Gone fishing sounds good to me!

Elizabeth, I never turn my fried eggs! Lod on top, so the "skin" on the yolk gets some color, that´s it.

What I see are perfect eggs!!! That's how I like it dear Iris! This may seem weird to you but me and some of my cousins, we love to eat hot white rice and break an egg that looks so much like that and mix it all together so the rice will become yellow with yolk covering it and bits and pieces of the egg white! That is so yumm! Some other think it's kinda gross but I don't care HAHA

Isn't it annoying when the egg yolk breaks. I like mine whole but luckily it doesn't happen very often. I break them carefully, close to the pan.
That 'thumbs up' is a really fun thing to happen!

Thumbs up, very cool indeed! Over easy eggs for me, I love to wipe up the yoke with some bread, YUM. My wife hates that, she likes the yoke broken and cooked. Rain is bucketing down today. 11C

I usually do scrambled eggs because I never had them any other way. But hubby likes eggs over easy and I have broken quite a few yolks. It's not as easy as it looks.
I didn't see the thumbs up at first but it is definitely there. Really cool effect that you got with the watercolors.

Himself doesn't like a runny yolk so whenever I fry eggs, I have to break the yolk. The thumb up in the painting is pretty wild. Made me smile. I like the cup your oat milk is in. Crowns. perfect for a Little Princess. And that is one fierce lion. Happy T Day
I need to try oatmilk as I hear good things about it. Is that straw made from bananas? That is cool. I like my yolks broken plus when I make eggs I almost always break the yolk so that's ok. Erika, no it´s plastik, but with banana-balls in it, you can get it with chocolate or strawberries, too! Actually for my Nieces, but thanks "Corinna" they´re for myself.
When hubby is fishing, I read a book, then I´m happy, too ;-)
I think your egg looks perfect for me as I like them runny but well cooked, i always ask them easy over in america to make sure they are cooked all over.
I usually break them trying to get them out of the pan!

I sometimes break the egg into a small cup or bowl first before frying them, it usually helps.
