So wish it was real summer I´d went onto the balcony and enjoy!
But I was in a jumper - it was way too cold for August, sadly.
And now we have September already!
At least it was POURING LOUDLY!
TV was gone and I didn´t care, I listened to the beautiful rain and all.
At times the thunder was so strong, things inside made sounds, bumping (softly) into each other - beautiful! Ka-BOOOOOM!!!!

We are now in the midst of rainy season. Most days we have rain. I love the sound of rain but not with loud thunderstorm and strong wind. Nice to sleep when it is raining outside.
I am definitely a pluviophile but it seems I complain when we don't get any then again when we get too much.
We need rain so badly. Glad you got some.

I like thunderstorms any time of year, but summer ones are best.

Our temps have taken a big drop and we had a lot of rain last night. At least I picked Rick up from his bike ride before the rain started! No fun for cyclists in the rain!
