Higher and higher the ferris wheel went.
I am afraid of heights and needed a rest.
Ingo had a cam, too, but it was me taking pics!!!

Braunschweig was highly destroyed in WWII, so many buildings were put up asap to house people.
Not nice, but needed and practical.
We live in one that survived the war - sadly the fascade is grey. But our walls inside are full of color :-)

Very brave colors in your house. My walls are all white. Well, a little grey from where people put their hands on the wall around the light switches and door knobs. 🤣

My inside walls have color too, depending on the "mood" I want for the room. Part of my kitchen is barn red, my bathroom is bright yellow, my living room a relaxing blue-green, my bedroom grey-lavender, and my daughter's old room is a milky-coffee color. You DID brave up for real and I think taking the photos helped with that, because you had to concentrate on something else instead of the height.
I like the colour on your bedroom wall. My walls are all the same cream colour which is why I stick pictures all over. I probably would be allowed to paint, but that would mean moving a LOT of things out of the way and keeping them covered while the paint dries. Then there is Lola who sheds cat hair everywhere and would most likely manage to get paint on herself. And I can't decide on colour anyway.
Erika, that´s great! Esp your bathroom sounds great! I never wanted a bathroom without a window ever again. No window, black tiles.

I never got that you have to ask to make changes in places you rent! So different here. You rent and for that time it´s yours, just make sure to give it back the way the owner wants it. As in he likes a red kitchen wall, all good :-)
But, removing things to paint I´d be too lazy also!
And Lola´s "help" - haha... maybe worth an experiment ;-)
I like bright colours. After all it is only on one wall and the rest are all white. Mine is boring, 1 colour for the whole house.
