Your tomato salad looks SO good. I could eat that all day long. Your orange rosemary drink is totally unique and unusual. I've never seen or heard about anything like it before. Yes, when I was studying we once a week in one semester had that art class - a big welcome (in that case also hairy 🤣) as contrast to the correct stuff in architecture!

That's my favorite salad. The flavors complement each other so well. We call it tomato caprese.
Your 90 second sketches are fabulous. Yet sometimes you make comments about not having art talent. I wonder if some unthoughtful important person, like as art teacher, once told you that. It happened to me in high school. I swore off art for many years and made crafts instead to satisfy my creative urge. Whoever made you doubt your talent was dead wrong! You are an artist!
"Fussy cut" just means precisely cutting out small pieces. I had many flowers and stems to cut with many twists and turns. My eyes and hands were tired when I finished.

Good thing that 2020 has now only four months left.
Your summer is leaving and ours is soon arriving, the blue skies and warm breezes are already here, but I think (I hope) we are to get rain next week. "They" are predicting a wet spring and I hope that happens.
Divers and Sundry it was yummy and yes, the birds are cute (in the wild, we have one (one!) in the zoo, he never laughs).

Mmm, a Caprese salad. So summery. I'm trying to hang on to the last days of Summer. Henry on a bun is almost too cute to eat. Almost. 😉 A friend from Australia when she came to visit brought my girlies when they were little some stuffed toys with her. A Koala that played Waltzing Matilda when you squeezed his paw, and a Kookaburra that laughed when you squeezed his belly. The Eldest would tell jokes to the Kookaburra and then squeeze him to get a laugh. Then she would say. Thank you. Like she was a stand up comedian. Thanks for that happy memory and Happy T Day
Yes , Summer is ending and the leaves here are beginning to change colour already! We never got to the beach but there's always next year......and it must surely be an improvement on the Summer we have all had!!

Why fussy-cutting? One definition o fussy ifs full of detail. So when you fussy-cut, you try to be very precise and pay close attention to the little details. That's why my eyes were so tired. lol Hugs, Eileen
