Oh, Hessian Henry, calm down! I understand you protect your wine, yet you are in Lower Saxony, we drink rather beer here...
No, really - another example of Braunschweig´s real bad marketing.
Last Saturday I went - after being inspired by you fellow bloggers - to the market (pics to come) and on the way back stumbled over guys building up stands for the annual (???) wine-festival.
Maybe Ingo remembers.
I had a real great colleague, S.
He always took care I get to work and back safely - if sick or on holiday he made sure I get his V70, a black, huge Volvo, all leather inside and that. We both had weekend-relationships and sometimes, after spending 10 hours work-wise together (our workplace was in Wolfsburg) also spent the arvo or evening together and on some weekends even "party-ed" together - with our partners.
Yes, men and women can be friends!
His Birthday is in August and he invited us to this wine-festival (and kissed me, OH! It was like my Brother kissing me!!!).
I lost contact some 20 years ago...
Anyhows, I saw this "by accident" and certainly we didn´t go.
But, this stand is an interesting one:
(See how the sun made this pic a bit surreal? The house above seems to be lacking it´s side nearly!)
Weingut Martin is in Armsheim in Rhineland, some 400 km from here.

You can camp in their garden!
Fun idea, huh?
And Henry 🦁 protects you with his sword (as if claws and teeth and his sheer muscle-power weren´t enough, also don´t forget about his cleverness...).
This, of course, is for Tom´s Signs2.
If you wanna go camping in Rhineland, this might be the time of the year!
Martin, btw... we heard nothing of Ingo´s Brother´s wedding-"outcome".
No pics, no we liked your pressie... (or did not)... nada. Oh, well (so, sorry, peeps, no pics but the one of Ingo, as we weren´t allowed to and we respected that).
Camping?

Camping? No no no, a thousand times no! Give me my home comforts and tv and a proper toilet.
How about a cabin? (Must still take care of that! Has aircon, loo and shower :-)...)
And TV!!! Hopefully! (#Jamie Oliver in the original, not translated to German (awful!!)).
No camping for me, but I love how you depicted Henry and his many talents and ways to rip you apart (grin).
Sorry about the wedding outcome.
Henry wants a belly-rub (he´s laughing - he would never hurt anyone - it´s the Braunschweig-Lion after all).
...I have one wife and a number of girl friends!
Reads dangerous to a German, Tom! ;-)
A Canadian female friend "invented" the word friendene for this when we met in Cuba.
I'll pass on the camping. I'd rather stay in a hotel.
Camping would be fun at the wine festival!
I'd love to go camping! I haven't been since I was a girl.
Rhine wine, I used to enjoy it, but don't anymore. I don't like beer, either because it bloats me. Oh well, to each his own. Too bad no pics of the wedding.
Well, my camping days are over. Since Mr. M. and I lived remote for 3 years and have summer and winter camped over most of the west in the US, I would go camping if my body would let me. LOL Have a great day today.
My camping days ended back in 2010. Lots of great memories though.
No camping for me, I prefer hotel.
RedPat, I´d rather sleep in the car. Or hotel :-)

gigi, Rhine Wine in Hawaii, interesting thought :-)
Well... I look stupid on pics anyways, so... just would like to know if he liked Ingo´s pressie. Bet YOU would!
____
Nicole, you camped in winter?! We had ONE NIGHT - the car´s windows were frozen, it was terrible - never again!
But I know you lived the wild life :-)
____
Bill, to great memories! Mine/ours were in the back of the car, rather, tent up only... three times, I guess, car was quicker.

Black Knight, hotels are so expensive...
I have been missing your lists! Must add you to my favorite blogs list! As for camping, we are thinking of a little overnight trip into a wilderness area here. It has been years since we camped. So we shall see how this turns out.
