I did know about claspers (I was a biology major in college with several zoology classes sunder my belt). But I still really enjoyed reading about Megamouth. And I didn't know they were plankton sharks. That's cool. Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed reading about megamourh! hugs-Erika

I knew about the shark teeth moving forward to replace any lost teeth and have often thought that humans should get a third set of teeth around age thirty to see them through to old age. Of course way back in stoneage/caveman times, most humans didn't even live to thirty or much past that age. But as we evolved, a third set of teeth would be so handy.

So far (knock on wood) I still have all my teeth (minus the wisdom teeth that could have stayed!!!
Ingo has to see the dentist quite often and has some "second" teeth already. Just listening hurts... Glad we have dentists, but the worst for me is a visit there - though ours are two really nice ladies!
Who are always happy when I´m there and pat me. See, I cannot leave Braunschweig, other they come with me ;-) I had real idiots as dentists, too...
