I saw a lot of Dragonflies this week but got no pics.
You can't put windows on the property line because of fire regulations. I think you need to be set back by about 3 meters. So thy put big windows at the back an front on the ground floor.
I love the dancing parrot! Ours when we were little used to do that when we played music too, they learn quickly by copying. The "singing" dinosaur looks like the ancestor for alligators.

I grew up not very far from Meramec Caverns. I remember the ghost of Jesse James, who was supposed to have used the caverns as a hide-out. I guess the other ghosts have moved in in the decades since then. It’s hard to believe, but at that time bumper stickers were very unusual, and when your car was parked in the Caverns’ parking lot, they would put a sticker on your bumper whic was very distinctive.
Oh! I saw one in 53 years here in Germany, RedPat! One. In Ingo´s village.
Oh, boy your rules are as strict as here in Germany for building! Though!!! When I studied in the 90´s there were windows as strong as brick! So... does this make sense? But thank you for explaining!
