Mural found on Bohlweg, it was by Helmut Artiste - the rain washed it away long ago (wow, for once I found the "Artiste").
He wrote that, please, give some money, if you like the artwork. I did, of course.
In German, English and French he made the note.
I´m sorry the angle is that bad, I´m small...
Now it´s 2021 and we still run nuts.
Bohlweg exists since the Middle Ages and makes "a light curve". Yes. Tetris city, you get lost quickly (as said here already 🤣).
A Bohle is a plank and since river Oker ran right through back then it had to be supported by planks, the name is still the same, but the river is "under control" now.
I hope!!! It´s 5 minutes on foot from here...

Helmut Artiste has one quote on his site: " Now they all moan again cause it´s getting up to 38C / 100F in the shadow... DON´T GO INTO THE SHADOW THEN... PUSS!"
I looooove 38C+! I´m no puss. I´m Aussie-proofed (probably not when it comes to insects and such. Will never happen. Any"thing" with 4+ legs makes me run).
But heat... I love!!! 🌞

He was short-sighted (optometrist himself) and went without glasses or lenses for the truth of back then there were no helping aids, and yes, he shot with that darn thing, too.
He made the weapon himself... Handyman, that. Gave me the genes. I could do that as well, but not shoot!!! Ingo once took me. I found the ceiling...
PPS. Elizabeth is right. Jutta looks like KKK - no intention on that, really.

We have a chalk artist in Ann Arbor, too, but I never seem to catch sight of the images he makes. You were lucky to see it before the rain.

Nice mural Iris, it looks like the ones painted in chalk. I would have given the artist some money too, he certainly deserved it.

We had our coldest day today, was 6C when I left for work at 7,30am, only went up to 14 I think, rest of the week going up to 17.
