Kinda hurts, no?

There was this big wave of... desperation. And now you hear... nothing on the real Notre Dame no more.

I must admit... I was too young, only 14 and in love with a boy from Louviers.
My interest was not Notre Dame...

Actually he was on the move to Rouen to study. To become a medical doctor.

Yes. I always took to "older" or... more mature guys.

He was a bit in love with me, too, I think.
Why else did he watch "Purple Rain" (in French!!!) with me?

His name was Thomas, and please pronounce it the French way (no "s").
As he called me "Iris", in French, with a long "i" in the middle. Beginning like the Eerie Tour in Australia ;-)

Notre Dame. An icon vanished?

It´s "Notre", "our", but is it?
Here they compared it to Cologne Cathedral, all fire-proofed by the Germans that are all so correct, always.

What can I say. Thomas. Are you a medical Doctor now?

And, boy.
We were on Fraser Island, back in 1995.
An odd couple was there, too, she, a beautiful, blonde, tall woman, he ... Asian, no idea where from.
There were signs, don´t leave your stuff outside, there are Dingos and they will play with it!
So much toilet paper everywhere the next morning!
Everybody laughing and pointing fingers at them and then their car refused to start, it was a big (for us funny) drama!
