Yesterday was quite a day.

First, thank you all for your well wishes.

 

They worked!😊

 

Siemes-teamleader not lost a word about AA, asked how I´m doing, was happy I love working from home and I even managed to skip a meeting, asking if he really needs me there as I promised to P I´ll review "her" document that day.

Told him what a great job P does / keeps doing and he seemed happy about that, too (of course).

 

And, BOY. See title!!!

An ode to Corinna.... BUT also... to life going on!

 

Especially when I learned that I´m doing AA´s job and AGAIN, actually not P´s - AA somehow has a talent to secretly skip jobs.  I got a tad mad and felt unstoppable!

Turn anger into productivity, right? (I didn´t say that, of course, either)

 

I show you I can do this in but one day!

P called me.. I´m not to brag and I have to be careful and knock on wood to make sure I don´t jinx it!  - she called me a "raw diamond", meaning I bring knowledge, if not all, and am moldable, you can "form" me - unlike a certain person who always wantsed to have it her way.

That person is quiet now.

Some might call it weakness, my way, but... I just think, OK, teach me. You´re 20 years younger than me, so what? If you know better, please teach me.

It was crazy. I worked for South Africa and let me tell you: 

 

I´m fit to work on a construction site there now!

But I wouldn´t want to.

Don´t wear flip-flops, and don´t show up drunk or... you get the idea. Hallelujah. 

I felt like a teacher correcting a pupil´s work, but, well, if that´s my job now, OK.

I feel relieved (a bit).

Also we found time to chit-chat a bit, SO NEW TO ME!

I even got to hear Emmi purring!!!! (P´s black beauty, a demanding, sweet, black cat).

And I met L - a very nice guy. And it still amazes me how I can allow anyone to take over my PC! It´s (A Kind of Magic)

  

Thank you, Corinna. You´re - in Germany - kind of a pioneer, forcing us old guys (I see Germany as old in general, compared to other countries) to adapt to these life-styles!

We have 6 huge monitors here now. Our condo looks like a pro´s place!

Yah, laugh, you, I don´t blame you. Germany slowly comes out from behind the rock! 🎉

Addendum!!! Oh, boy, I need to add my answer to Nancy who assumed - because I have a darn "talent" to describe bad - that we have a huge place with 6 huge monitores, so here my answer before anyone else thinks, ohhh, cool!
