I´m joining River again.
Here would be a short (true) one with the words "lighthouse, market, cloudy, pigeonhole, goldmine, mute":
We visited the green lighthouse in Freo. The men, Ingo and P, stepped up, Grace and I stayed on the ground.
Years before we visited markets in exciting places like Darwin or Broome, Freo and Perth, these days it´s but Braunschweig. Sad, but that´s the way.
Today is 23C, cloudy, but, yes, warm and the neighbours finally got it and closed their window that became a noise, icky, pigeonhole...

I have half a goldmine right here, my left shoe, Bro has the other:
Our Dad, like many, preserved the first shoes like this (well, certainly as my lille Bro wore them, also, they were the second 🥰. We never wasted anything in our family.)
They are mute now. the Nieces can walk in real shoes.
Henry 🦁...
Please also note the man in the background... it´s SUMMER, yay.
And yes. Two posts in one day, sigh... I need work!

...great green lighthouse. I remember baby shoes like those back when I was a kid. Upside down is good!
Thank you, wish I could visit again. Hope you have one shoe at least?
Henry is a little dizzy ;-)
I remember the baby shoe thing too Iris, although I would have no idea where they would be now. Nice to see the green lighthouse, when you come over next time we can visit the red lighthouse on the opposite side 🎈
I´m in Grace, I´m in!!! 🧡💛💚
Lighthouses are always fascinating and Henry looks cute even upside down!
Very cool lighthouse. My mother had my first shoes bronzed and turned into bookends. I did that for my girlies, too. Bookends for the Eldest and a picture frame with the shoes in front for the Young One.
Ohh that green light house is fabulous. My parents did our first shoes in bronze. Have a great day today.
That's a nice lighthouse. Never saw a green one before. I like your glass globe.
I have bronzed baby shoes. They were a gift from my grandmother. Although I am not sure they are something I really want, I want them because they came from my grandmother. She was a very special woman in my life. Hope you've had a great day Iris.
My parents got my first booties bronzed and I still have them. I keep pens in them. :) Only 17C here but nice and no sun.
Quite a lighthouse.
Few light houses I seen has all been white. Never any other colors.
Coffee is on and stay safe
magiceye, yes to both, Henry says thank you :-)

____
William, it sure is.
____
Dora, they also have a red one :-)
Nice way to use the words. I remember baby shoes being bronzed, never gold. Never in my family though.
I love lighthouses and that one is cool! My daughters have their father's baby shoes done in bronze by his mother - so fun to have thing like this preserved and gold looks great. Another super picture of upside down Henry. Fun post.
I remember those bronze or gold baby shoes, it was fashionable to do them years and years ago.
I really do like lighthouses and it's fun to go inside. They have some here where you can actually overnight.
