The journal, if you care, oh, my weeks are somewhat crazy.
Monday: Public holiday, I cleaned the condo (read a book (Schindler´s List) - I must be the most boring person alive...) and hence...
Tuesday: Sore muscles (I was on hands and knees at times, cleaning).
Yet. I am stubborn. After a this time very productive work-day did some sport.
Hurting muscles just tell you to try harder, no? Please say yes...
I also very early went to LIDL (counts as sport also, is 20+ minutes one way), to get... long, funny! night pants and extra-long shirts. Boy, getting old and freezing all the time!
Summer, please come back now!!!!
Best before-date-gone-spinach had to wait again.
Wednesday: Got a lot done, just no feedback, hence work partially on hold, gah!
Cooked away old beans from the freezer in lunch break and threw away the spinach that already smelled funny. Best before date was 2021 sometime...
How come food expires so fast?
Two sessions of training, called little Niece (bean #2) for her Birthday. Boy. 8 years old already!
Thursday: When your admin says he has never seen this error before you know it´s gonna be a "great day".
We both learned a lot, though!!! And I spread the "news".
Other... chaos again.
And... either whole staff is sick or they play the dead man... We are all stuck. Cologne, Barcelona... no answers!
New glasses from Bro arrived. Ingo 100% happy, me 50%...
Walked in sunshine to get Jamie Oliver´s book "ONE" from the post office and had one session of training (after 10 hours working I was a lille... knackered).
Friday: Problems, was asked for and asked for help, we all learned together (again!!!), meetings and then my ESE-teamleader asked if I participate in the ESE-meeting.
By golly, I have work to do!!!!
BUT.
Ingo´s company: people die or retire, 2 have to do the job of many, the boss says if he needs new staff he looks for fresh engineers.
Hahahaha... Ingo needed 2+ years to accomplish what he does now.
ESE: they have trainees. They care and very nice was: "we want to have you here till you retire."
Sounds like... if there is work I can to in Braunschweig or from home.. I am safe?
They plan a "thank-you"-party in November (sadly not in Braunschweig) and a Christmas-party maybe on top.
I tell you.. it was the VERY BEST that happened to me to get fired by the new boss of CGS!!!!

It sounds too good to be true.
Work is sometimes like really tough, but THE BEST TEAM EVER!!!!

Food-wise, ack. On the run, mostly now:
Weekend: Saturday: Market-Day! Recipe on Thursday... And later LEGO-land! BIG cooking after Ingo installed the new stove (also induction).
And a pressie from Ingo!!!
ALSTOM bought BOMARDIER, now I have one right here!

Today I counted 10 pantos I saw for real!!!!
(Braunschweig has trams, also)
Art-wise... I feel like I am stuck in The Simpsons at times, hence...
Sunday: Voting, Die Maus, Fairy tale. And...
I was done after the first one.

It sounds like a good week Iris. I love that teabag. You could make great art with that. After you drink the tea, of course-smile. And nice journal pages this week. Those PJ bottoms look like what I'd wear. I have some crazy PJ's. And I hope you don't have to wait to retire to go to the beach, but when you do you'll be able to escape the cold at least for a little bit. And fun journal pages again this week. Tom, yes. My monitor glasses seem to be for but one monitor. I have three and I run around in the condo half-blind. Reckon the new rules are more than old!
