We have aircon, kitchen, TV, bedroom, bathroom. And an extra-bed we hopefully won't need (backup for in case Ingo gets sick).

This looks like a really nice spot, Iris -- and a terrific home-away-from home while you are in Perth. It looks nicely maintained and a good place to be!
