Pic taken from the top of my shelf I built in 1993 (I guess).
Left to right: Hasi (aka Easter Bunny from our W from 3-4 years ago, that Ingo forgot to eat/share AGAIN), an owl that has and will have hand-cream inside, IKEA baby-croc in Mama´s mouth :-)
Inbetween a container that stores raw popcorn.
With this chaos I join Nicole´s FFO.
With my still floppy arm and the bad weather it´s mostly colleagues again!
And Ingo managing his dream with the Indian Pacific-journey coming true.

Or Australia? I joined river again ...

Good smiles here today. Having to pee is the ONLY reason I get out of my comfy bed on these cold mornings, then I turn on the heating and get back in bed while the room warms up so I can dress.
LOL, The Simpsons explain life very well!
You make me smile!
To get out of the bed to pee ..... yes, I am getting older.....
Welcome back, Black Knight!!! Yes... getting older or...
...Iris, I can relate to laying in bed, but needing to get up.
I had to laugh at the Homer meme. I know all about that. And fun faces too. Let me combine with comment with your other post. About the Outback. I would love to see it. Can you squeeze it in on your trip next year? Have a super weekend. I'm off visiting my friend so I might be able to visit. hugs-Erika
Tom, us old peeps need to ;-)

Erika, Homer sure stole the show - that´s why I love The Simpsons - real life (sadly many here think it´s a kid´s show).
Outback: Only if we can get out of the train at night... But next time (hopefully 2026) Ingo owns me a Pizza in Sun pictures/Broome and hopefully there we will get a better glimpse and just the two of us.
But the real Outback with a chronically sick man is just too dangerous...
But if you can: DO!
Easiest: Go to Perth, buy a car and off you are, take some weeks/months. It´s so worth it!
Or rent a campervan (but make sure you are allowed on gravel roads!)
I can really identify with the pee story!
What a great thing to look forward to (Your new Aussie adventure)
Have a lovely weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca
Haha.. cool funnies!
Nice art and thanks for the funnies!
That was a fun and cheerful post, Iris.
I saw all the faces.
It seems we could all relate to the Homer meme!
I hope your arm will fix itself soon.
Love the lion picture at the end. Kate x
Ohhh great funnies today. Made my day. Thank you for sharing with FFO. Have a lovely day Iris.
Lisca, what can I say to pee ;-)
And yes, oh I look so forward to Perth!
Hugs

Nicole, you´re welcome :-)
LOL, I think we all know about getting up for a desperate pee and hating it. :)
Homer really stole the show! ;-)
Fun art and funnies.
Your faces and funnies are great!
Thanks for the laughs, Iris! And a cute drawing of faces. Take care!
Had to laugh at the refusal to pay. That was hilarious!
I'm pretty sure I am looking at 4 faces LOL ... thought the green guy was a dolphin though, not a croc :) My Husband's favorite line is that communication is the most important part of a relationship ... So who miscommunicated here, the speaker or the listener?
Oh poor Homer ... I have learned just to bite the bullet and head for the bathroom. The sooner I do, the sooner I can get back under the covers :)
Henry and his gal friend look very serious. Do you think they are trying to decide who has to get out from under the covers first?
You are always fun, Iris ... and light moments are what the world needs now :)
