Just A Quick One

Coincidence I put the compost in an NFL-bowl!
I used it as I needed to do the dishes anways, and we had noodles in this.

We live ground floor, so I never use paper bags to bring out the compost, why add more "recycling-paper", right.

And doesn´t it look arty?

It´s the head of a pineapple, carrot-peel, an old egg-shell (I marked it so Ingo gets the fresh ones).

No idea if we go and watch the "New Yorker" Lions play this season.
They´re first league American Football but we know none of the players anymore, the whole atmosphere went down the drain, it got so expensive...
From 12 000 visitors it went down to 3 000, how sad is that.

Compost!

Henry 🦁

Baby Henry, life is a changing...
Also we have no GFL (German Football League) or EFL (European Football League)-bowls. The Lions were champions in both several times, just sayin´...
To the (g)olden times.
At least we can watch NFL on TV now!

Baby Henry is cute. We are supposed to put veggie scraps etc in the "green waste" bin for compost but other people put regular rubbish in there when their regular bin is full, they all seem to have so much rubbish every week! my own bin ony goes out for collection once a month, hardly any rubbish here. But I don't bother with compost since there is never room in that bin for my little bit of scraps.

Baby says thank you :-)
WHAT?! Well, here I´ve seen people putting pizza cartons in "normal" waste bins - the paper bin is right next. Even if the paper bin is NOT full!
And the compost bin hardly ever gets full, I wonder why...

That is a good idea to put together head of a pineapple, carrot-peel, and old egg-shell. Looks very artistic.

Compost is good. My plants in the garden love it. I just wish it wasn't such a long process, but better long and successful. And it is amazing how you can make soil too. Happy weekend Iris. hugs-Erika

Haddock, thanks - I admit, it was coincidence, though!

Compost art, I like it. It would be a wonderful series.

The city gives us all compost bins that are emptied each week and then processed over the winter. Then in spring large piles of compost are dropped in the parks for people to come and get some. I saw people filling pails with it this morning.

CJ, I admit it was an accident.... but it came out "cool",huh.

Bill, most it´s but on a plate and out it goes....

RedPat, that is a GREAT concept!!! I have no idea what they do with ours here!

You're a day early, Iris. Tomorrow is composting day! Quite artsy, though.
