Memories of 1994 are back.
I hurt my arm and my hand hurts.
They told me I might lose it´s function.
Not that serious now, but memories ... Happy Easter. Ingo has no understanding.
It hurts, like deep inside.
Down to the ring-finger.
Another med.
Little use.
Have always been there for him, interesting how you find yourself in case. Sad, but that is life.
"Be silent".
When your heart screams.
My brain takes care.
Henry takes a break and sorry, yes, this had to get out.
Ingo can be the sweetest.
But right now he lets me down.
Bet I can be that "mean", too, and the more I type, the more it hurts.
Those darn meds don´t help.
Easter, holiday... I am fed up.
Hope you have a better one.
It´s my holiday.
Shitty weather, sick, just what I deserve. Un-loved. Full of self-pity and irony.
At one point enough is enough.
It hurts.
And no one hugs.

Poor you. If I were you, I'd take the ring off. Your finger looks a little swollen. Some dish soap will help if you can't take it off easily. I hope you feel better. Hugs to you. 🤗
I'm so sad that you are feeling like this. Hugs from me.
Men, can be such idiots.
...I was a landscaper I nearly lost my ring finger in an accident. I stopped wearing my wedding ring years ago.
Oh Iris I'm so sorry for you.
Anonymus is Bertiebo
Think it´s the medication.
If something goes wrong all goes wrong... my life.
Yes, take off the ring while the shoulder is mending, reduce pressure on the nerves that way. I know an easy gentle shoulder stretch to help once the pain is less. Stand as close to a wall as you can, facing the wall with toes touching the wall, raise your arm as high as you can without pain, place your hand flat on the wall. Then "walk" your fingers up the wall as much as you can. Twice a day and you will soon be placing your hand higher and "walking the fingers higher and the shoulder muscle will be exercised and not getting stiff. I did this with my torn shoulder and still do it now if the shoulder hurts for any other reason.
I'm sorry you're down.
