"Give me your hand", the doc, said.
Well.
I reached out with my right and as I´ve learned: Don´t be a whimp, I shook it with some power.
He wanted my hurt left.
And was clearly surprised how much I can squeeze - as me how little he did.
I still have to laugh about that.
Also cause it was shortly before Easter, I wore a Christmas-jumper I could not get out off due to the pain and wore a very screaming Easterly-green mask.
"Hi. I´m your new ..." (I didn´t really say that, of course).
I am "doomed" to not move, so I watch "Supernatural" and they shook hands.
The hunter with the angel.
The angel did not know the ritual.
Make always clear what you want!

sometimes meds are the worse-how is your arm healing?
storms at the lake today
I hope you'll get to change your sweater soon. I understand that being trapped feeling. I hope the pain is better.
I am starting to think I'll need meds to get off whatever I've got.
,,,I wish that I could wave a magic wand and make you better.
I bet you have firm hand shake.
Coffee is on, and stay safe.
Too many people now don't know how to shake hands. most will just put a limp hand in yours and let you do the shaking, or some will almost crush your fingers. Hand shaking needs to be taught, firm grip, two shakes and let go.
It always impresses any potential new boss, so learn it.
Kathy, I let go of the meds and it´s... just a little, constant pumping.
Annoying. Hurts but a bit only. And it wanders. reckon the whole muscle wants to join... no to meds.
Storms? Oh, and you have no cam! Hope all is good and you get some "nice views". I love storm, as long as it´s not dangerous...

Jeanie, LOL. I got out of that sweater thanks to the meds "long ago".
In the aftermath it really was funny!
The doc had to help me into my coat even.

William, meds are... nothing we need, hopefully, ever again. I had none that was "good".

Tom, you did, a bit :-) Thank you

Dora, yes! Not too much, though :-)

River, LOL. A limp handshake, ewwww. My half-cousin, huge (fat) guy has that. I cringed when I had to meet him and avoid it now.
I think I found the middle - so far no one looked weird at me.
Apart from that doc! ;-)
Sometimes the meds make you feel worse.
RedPat, always. But I always only learn later... And yet we have to be thankful....
