Mural taken like last one at the West train station, beside the skater park.
One can only guess the dude fell and now his skateboard is in repair?
And once it´s back he´ll hop into his next adventure.
A helmet might be a good idea, don´t you think?
This is for Sami´s COLOURFULWORLD Monday Murals.

How about you - still skating?

I never skateboarded, but one of my sons did and was quite good at it. I have photos of some of his tricks taken by a friend who was watching him at the time. I can't show them on my blog because his face is visible and he would prefer I didn't. But maybe I can email you one or two. Just don't show them on the internet.
funny find!
River, cool, yes, just send them over. I never could do tricks. The only one was falling without breaking a bone ;-)
I once was that fast downhill the wheels could not take it anymore... glad I fell to the right into the grass not in front of a car.

Bertiebo, more to come from there.
I was always too scared to hop onto a skateboard. Roller-Skates or even ice-skates, yes!
Nice find Iris. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals.
I don´t even dare to skate anymore these days...
I never tried skateboarding - far too old by the time they came on the scene! But we did use to do a lot of roller-skating as children, usually in the milking shed as that was the only place that had flat concrete :)
I feel too old for that now also - my skates are but deco!
...this reminds me of the saying, "no brain, no pain!"
Fun mural and the cute story you made to go with it.
Tom! LOL...

CJ, I´ve seen some kids skate... dangerous!
Henry siblings are sweet!
I like the second picture with the cubs playing. I used to roller skate as a child, but never skate boarded. I also ice skated. Had fun.
Thank you for this fun post, Iris. Yes, still skating. Aloha!
No skating anymore for me. I don't even have skates now.
My skateboarding days ended with a broken collarbone. Fell at the bottom of the hill trying to stop so I just jumped off and tumbled a bit, stupid choice.
I've never even seen a real skateboard, but I still own some ice skates and used to roller skate a lot.
