T STands For One STep Forward, One STep Back

 

With this energy-drink I join Elizabeth´s T. 

 

The journal:

 

 

Monday: Shortly 24C, now 20... In mini-steps did laundry and the kitchen.

Due to my crooked hip my left side hurts. But reckon I get my back back!

fE was not in the office - still no job-news. 

 

 

 

Tuesday: My back really seems to be better. Went to the pharmacy cause of my tummy aching.

The lady asked what I think it comes from. I didn´t cry but could not hold back tears, so stupid!

But she took me serious. We go to that pharmacy since 2011, for a reason.

fK was in a meeting and called me, LOL. She said, I have nothing to say there anyways... 

 

 

 

Wednesday: Went to the doc to get Ingo´s meds - slowly - some had to be ordered, so I had to go back, slowly. And, guess what: my back didn´t hurt!

 

Thursday:  Weird stuff happens. My glasses for distance vision give me blurry views outside.  

But... my computer glasses work outside and on the computer.

Then... started with a glass of water. Had a full Rexi - that´s 700ml, more water for my meds and.... nothing! It all stayed inside. 

Hence I didn´t dare go to the city, a bigger round in the neighborhood instead, slow.

Later went to the White Horse SC, that is only 1km. Bought stuff, went home. At Oker-bridge I needed a break. By no means would I´ve made it to the city (yet). 

 

Friday: Extremly windy. Then lovely rain so heavy the TV lost signal.

Later in the day I took my brolly in light rain and made a short walk to build up my back muscles.

I look forward to Tuesday: Dentist! One of my back-teeth suddenly is so sharp it slowly  "cuts" my tongue, I have trouble eating and drinking. I hope she can help.

I can watch TV standing without back-pain. 

 

Weekend: Saturday: Uneventful, belly hurts. Seems like this is not my year.

Sun and rain. Ingo did not visit Magnifest, oh, well... 

Watched The Intouchables - not in the original as that would be French... The German title is "Ziemlich beste Freunde" / Pretty much best friends. Based on a true story. Have you seen it? 

Sunday: Quiet. Die Maus, Fairy Tale, rest...

Addendum: I´m off to the dentist now and then via taxi to the hospital.  

This clearly is not my year....

T STands For Talk

With this summerly drink I join Elizabeth´s T and likely say good-bye to this "Summer".

Monday: Very sweet: Big Niece found no time to call back on her Birthday-weekend, said sorry and wants to call. I said only when it fits and if you really WANT to.

Defrosted the freezer and made a second carton on Ingo´s  display.

But I´m freezing....

 

 

Tuesday: 13C / 55F and of course I overdid it with defrosting. 

I.must.keep.my.back.still. fK called me stupid and she is right, too. As is Ingo. I was so cold I had to take a hot shower.

New series about an Uber-driver - nearly a psychologist! 

 

Wednesday: Sick. Only fruit and yogurt.

Had the corset too tight. Now... coughing or sneezing.. outch, my ribs! 

 

Thursday: A bit better, fruit and fruit cuts with wholegrain oat flakes, cornflakes and corn - and sunny, 30C / 86F. Slowly went to REWE.

fK called, she´ll work from ESE on Monday and if she meets fE and she has no news she´ll ask her if she may contact directly mK, wish him a belated Birthday and ask if he has news.

What chaos. 

 

 

Friday: Big Niece asked if I have time for a call and we nearly talked an hour!

She visits the school I went to back  in the day but wee... different times! 

After two toilets were bombed and in both, girls and boys bathroom was sh#t on the wall they now have to organize "toilet supervision"! How sad is that. 

And, she said, always be careful - some students sneak their smartphones under the door to get a picture! 

Some classes have so many pupils who don´t speak German, I thought she talks of Berlin and not little Seesen!

On her Birthday they painted glasses at her home and one really painted Hit#er and a Hakenkre#z. Police is involved... Sick times.

Later: Wonderful rain and thunder! 

 

Weekend: Saturday: Had to switch from QR-code to username & password at our bank. Thankfully Ingo reminded me. Complicated and is it really "safer"? You still need two devices, if you wanna do it at your PC.

Ingo drove fed me nuts. I added blueberries. To a healthy life...

 

Sunday: Silent day.
