From The Kitchen
Yesterday my doc said, "when I saw your name on my list I thought 'oh, no'..." - today she signed me sick for two days with the words, "just when you were gone yesterday I thought, shoot, I should´ve signed her sick!"
Aw, well - my eye is a lot better already, but she said use loads of cream - and use that cream all in all for 6-8 weeks.
One scratch! It´s a "flesh wound - just in the eye!" - my doc is funny, no?
But, then!
I´m alone, right? I have fruffle, too.
So.
I got meat, 300g it was:
I bought Italian parmesan-cheese, and eggs:
In a tad ò butter I put the peppered meat in.
In a bowl mixed one egg, a fair bit of grated cheese and half a little truffle from the glas.
After the meat was what I rightfully thought was ready (phew! I really should´ve looked at the time! No idea how long it was in!!!) I added the mixture till the egg was ready, too.
YUM!
Just I didn´t taste any truffle.
Any tipps? Chunks too big, simply not enough?
Funny. When Ingo/any person isn´t around I dare to do all this and usually it´s even yummy.
Try again tomorrow (without pepper) - if you know what to do about the truffle, please let me know (I also have truffle-cream and oil, add that, too?).

Tell me again how did you hurt your eye Iris? and where is Ingo? and was the chicken cooked enough or not? Questions, questions :)
Sorry, Grace ;-)
I need eye-night-cream after using it before going to bed once a night again (at least, dry eyes over here, esp in dry winter-time) - the darn thing was too empty, right eye: done, left: tiny scratch.
I´m old - SCRATCH! Outch, wide awake- but... shhhht. Ingo did ot have to wake up, right? He was sleeping right beside me.
Meat: Great, just... I could not taste the truffle!
What can I do about the truffle?
I am glad your eye is healing. I love chicken! :)
