Thank You, Said The Prince

As you can guess I join Elle with frog prince.

Floriel is a fairy who, after she lost her heart (and Ingo gave it to me here), waited for the frog prince to jump and be hers.

 There was a sign in front of a lille store here and I thought about it over and over, for at least six months.

Do I really need this?

How often do I treat myself?

And hence I got myself this, the Baby-Frog:

 

 

As the heart, this is the smallest I could get.

For the pic I had to take off my wedding ring, as I cannot take a pic with my left hand.

 

You see it to the right - it is special, like the clam around my right upper arm it´s made of titanium - it will never break! As Ingo´s.

Boy, my Brother (Goldsmith) had some trouble making it smaller for me! LOL.

We bought them in Joondalup/Perth.

The frog-ring sat by the heart that I near to never dare to wear in fear I might lose it (but see it every time I walk by!!!).

I decided  to wear the ring on my right hand and enjoy the lille fella!

For the nights I will return him to the heart.

Not Funny

 

As you can guess I join Elle with mythical beast.

I was maybe six and had the coolest bed ever, a fire-truck! I slept up high.

My Dad checked if I was asleep -  I was - and grabbed my left leg with an "arrrrrr"!

Funny. 

Not.

I still remember this dream today I had for nights after about a croc grabbing me.

Today... I have a croc in a white wardrobe I will show you soon (once drawn, not today...).

And one in a shirt with a baby (hi from IKEA).

I also had half a croc-burger in Darwin, Northern Australia.

Awful. A bit fishy and... no. You can also put a shoe inside (Ingo had the other half). 

In Kakadu NP we saw a croc for real, I think it was a freshie, still scary...

Sad addendum. River reminded me of the huge Saltie we both saw in Perth Zoo. Neither of us remembered his name, so I looked it up. His name was Simmo and he passed 2018. RIP, Simmo, see here...

Vitali Klitschko speaks German here. A bit tricky to understand at times but I sure speak not his language at all, so .. glad he speaks "ours".

He says they not only fight for Ukraine, but for freedom. For all of us. If Putin wins... Poland and also Germany could be next... again! Half of Germany once was, remember?

 

He says also thank you, from the bottom of his heart, for the help in not only thoughts, but sadly also badly needed weapons. 

He asks us to stay with them, with democracy and freedom.

He says we defend all of Europe.

Mirror, Mirror

... who´s the smallest one of all?

Hm. I scanned it. I used cheap paper. The pic of the pirate baer in last post was on thicker paper.

Guess quality matters - bear with me... in reality it looks good, or ... better...)

When we last year went to the Jürgen´s Brewery they had remodeled the loos.

Men, you know?

Now, I find my hands without looking in the mirror, but alas!

I only saw the tip of my head.

Obviously other women complained and they put the mirror a bit lower on the wall.

Here at home on the loo I  - if I stand straight - nearly see my eyes.

The pre-owners were taller than me.

Good thing I can wash my hands without seeing my face in the mirror 🤣

But... oh, please, think of small people, guys!

The mirror in the hall... I think Ingo cannot see his face, either, cause it´s hanging so low!

Does size matter?

When being younger I wore high-heeled shoes (the 70´s-style ones with thick heels, in others I cannot walk). 

Now I don´t care, I wear sneakers.

Also to a skirt or dress.

No mirror I will ask if I am... you know, I wanna be comphy!

The bear has a face and says "hi" to Nicole for FFO - and as he smiles he also greets  Annie´s Friday Smiles.

I had a lot to smile this week.

Success at work, nice colleagues, good food, time for sport and sketching.

And the weirdest dream last night. 9330.

A "document" - that hides numerous documents I am to combine.

A document that I translated from Spanish (I don´t speak Spanish) and English to German.

No prob thanks to AI, you think, but HA!!! We talk tram-language!

Teamleader was not sure, Proofreader no time, same with a colleague. Not the main problem.

I dreamed I renamed docs and it was wrong and I could not rename them again.

Woke in pain, fell asleep and fell into a loop.

Then teamleader really found time, we sat together for over an hour, found no solution and will try again soon. He booked a meeting for 1 1/2 hours.

LOL.

Why I laugh?

I translated in late August , had the dream only on Thursday early morno and tadaaaa... we´re at it finally.

I said, we´ll manage - it´s not Mt Everest. Him: "but nearly!".

Let´s see! And smile!
