It´s a "cute flower bud which moves by light.
Please grow your Flip-Flap in your mind and bloom your own special flower.
Please do not water. (... must have happened!)
The joy of internet-shopping, I tell ya!
Here we have the Packstation (German), it´s just a great thing. You order something and don´t give your home-adress, but your Packstation-adress (the post-man for sure comes when you´re at work).
When your stuff is there, you get an e-mail, walk over, any time, day or night, enter your dates and there you go. Fantastic!
I ordered some books via amazon recently and book by book comes in. It´s like getting a Pressie everyday (just that I payed for it):

First in came "Slave", the sadly true story of Mende Nazer. Boy, was I astonished to find out the book was first released in Germany. It was even in the news, because the British Embassy wanted to send her back to Sudan. Neither Ingo nor me have heard of that in 2003!
It was released here first, because Great Britain couldn´t/didn´t want to due to book-rights. Mende spoke little English back then and the author she worked with spoke no Arab. They used dictionaries and painted a lot. They used different names, so to protect her family.
Germany luckily said, so what, and published.
Also thanks to this book, Sudan was forced to join the CEAWC, the Committee for the Elimination of Abduction of Women and Children.
My. It´s such a bad thought that so many children, women and men still live in slavery today.
And that their "masters" may treat them like that.
Next will be a light lecture, "Fatherhood" by Bill Cosby.
I so love the The Cosby Show and I read "Time Flies", a great book. Bill Cosby is not only a great comedian and actor, but also a great writer, I think.
Ohhhh I need more holiday!!!!
More books are still to come, too!
Not a Ten Without Ham, but a proper way to end my holidays none the less, I think:
