She Wears But Shoes

So I went to see the Schoduvel.
I could hear it in the park already, made my way through a chaos of cars from all over Germany, crazy.

I saw lots and lots of police, lots of security, it was odd, it didn´t feel good.
Ok, I was early, peeps were having only their first beers, who knows what the scene is like a few hours later!

I think without beer, lots of, it just isn´t funny.
On the wagons they scream "Brunsviek" and the people yell back "Helau":

Tons of sweets are thrown, too.

And songs ... see title.

Where there are people drinking beer there are people collecting the empty bottles...

Sadly enough the poster in the background says "Trost|los", desolate...

Yikes. With bare hands he reached into the public rubbish bins to feel if there´s a bottle in it.
One bottle is 8 cent.

Lots of Henrys...

And yes, that belly dancer was "naked" all 4 hours!

This wagon I thought it´s the gay´s one, but no...

The sign on it said "our kids", strange.

Certainly they had to rub in what VW did...

The dragon was my last wagon, I went home.

Schoduvel is not for me, I don´t get what it´s about!
Often the wagons stood still, too, boring to the brim for me.
But luckily not all peeps are the same, right?

At home I had the TV on just to hear: "Braunschweig ist schöner als Hannover" :-) Yes, certainly is Brunswick nicer than Hanover! Even at the Schoduvel.
Helau, Brunsviek.

Sometimes parades are not what they're cracked up to be Iris. At least you can cross that off your list of things to do now :) I'm sorry but I don't think they should make Henry red, it's not dignified oui!

This is so off the list Grace, I agree!
A different "once in a lifetime" compared to the Giants...

Your belly dancer would have fit right in at a Green Bay Packers game. :-)
