Let´s Play Again?

We´re back at WACA.

I sadly have no idea... is this  Antoine de Saint-Exupéry visiting the games in his plane?
Was The little Prince there as well?
And who is the person in next shot, I have no idea, but it´s a great mural, taken 2019 in Perth.

Yesterday my Brother asked me to write an e-mail to his wife who lost her Mum  a short while ago.
Was tough, and made me certainly think of my Mum who had to leave us due due cancer 2011.
With this I also join Erika´s Red - my Mum always took care my Brother and I got "the same but different".
His salt and peppers were black and white and that´s the name of their cat, Pepper.
Mine...

I didn´t know my Brother´s MIL that well, but always ran into open arms.
Cancer got her quick.
She was too young to be taken away.
But then... who is not.

I like the mural. I always think it's fun how mural painters put so many cool things on a wall. And thank you again for a another lovely red piece. Those hugs are touching. And I like how you began with the little salt and pepper people and then went into various hug modes. Do your models actually hug? I really appreciated all your art this month Iris. It's such fun to see your drawing grow over the course of, not only this month, but over time. This is the teacher in me speaking because it was always fun to see how the kids progressed and changed from the start to the finish. Have a great start to the new week. Hugs-Erika

The cricketer in the mural is the famous Australian fast bowler Dennis Lillee.

Dear Mrs Teacher ... 😍
Thank you!
Yes to all of that and yes, Salt and Pepper do hug for real indeed!
To a good week, the start was GREAT (I found self-made onion cake in the fridge! And 150 bucks from December!), hugs to you!

Sorry about your sister in law's mom.

Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Iris.

I think murals need explanatory markers. These do leave me with so many questions.
