This was at Walecks in Madaley/Perth. Aren´t they too cute?
"WE DIG PLANTS.
Perth's best quality plants and the nicest horticulturalists since 1968.
With our very own production nursery just a short drive north of Perth. All our plants are grown in a West Australian climate, for a West Australian climate." - That is Waldecks.

Dangerous, btw, we bring a bear to Perth CBD.
And they made it home, too, DESPITE!!!!
After a loooong journey we hopped off the train in Braunschweig.
There were clowns, wild creatures of any kind on the platform in the cold rain (we came from Australian summer after all!).
Luckily Ingo is tall so I could follow him through the drunk guys.
Tram. Not running, it was carnival! Bus... not in our direction. And... where the heck is your backpack, Ingo?????
He forgot it in the train, with our guys!!!!
The Miele-bear can not be bought, he came with the washing machine, he is very special.
We had, tired and exhausted as we were, we had to walk the 2+km home through the drunken guys in rain and then I was on the phone for ages but then YES!!!!!
Someone was so kind and nice and delivered the backpack in Wolfsburg. Phew. The crew is home.
Do monsters count as animals for...
Eileen, too?
The series:- crazily very fitting:
"30 bizarre wildlife facts that are actually true
Newborn kangaroos are only two and a half centimeters long
Kangaroos belong to the family Macropodidae, which means “big foot” – a reference to their large hind feet. It's no surprise that these animals, native to Australia and Papua New Guinea, are the largest marsupials in the world.
What is surprising, however, is that kangaroos are only 2.5 centimeters long when they are born. They migrate unassisted through their mother's fur into her pouch, where they remain largely safe until they are sufficiently developed to leave the pouch at about ten months."

Hello Iris,
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
I would enjoy paddling to Perth with you and the swan.
I am so happy that your backpack was turned in, what a relief.
There are nice people out in the world.
Interesting facts on the Kangaroos, cute photo.
I love the Waldecks birds too, very pretty.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great day and a happy weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
..be careful travelling through all of those drunk guys! I would love to a kangaroo in person someday. Iris, I wish you a merry day, be well.
A Merry Chritmas to ou and yours, also! I´l love to take you along and show you Christmassy Perth!
Yes, Ingo nearly got a heart attack with the backpack he forgot! Will never happen again!
Bless nice people!!! I met so many (and helped, too).
Waldecks: In two years maybe again! To a happy weekend!
I yelled at one drunk guy, Tom. I may be small but I can get loud if you do not respect me. He backed away from me. I can still laugh about that! He was MUCH taller than me.
Kangaroos´s fur feels like dog´s ones :-) But you should touch a Koala! Caversham Wildlife Park is a good address for that! You and your Sweetie sure can ask Sami for in case :-)
Hello Iris :)
The Kangaroo facts are very interesting nice photo too. I'm glad someone was kind and turned in the backpack, some things you just can't replace.I hate to see drunkenness anywhere. You must have a fierce continence if a drunk backed away from you. I'm glad he wasn't a mean drunk, or you could have been hurt.
All the best to you and your loved ones for Christmas and New year.
Sonjia
It is so nice that someone handed in the backpack, Iris.
It's good to know there are nice people roaming the world ready to help others.
Sonjia, I was so overly tired I just had had enough, LOL of the drunk guys.In the cold rain. And the dudes sty home now as I am not the "mother". Ingo can sleep on planes I can not and I am to look after everything... no.
I wish you and yours a great time, here likely not.
RedPat, yes, it took all my power. And never again will we take them anywhere.
Yes, I met so many and I am thankful, too!!! And I am one of them ;-)
Merry Christmas, Iris and Ingo. Wishing you the very best of holidays.
I am so glad the backpack was returned with "the boys" still in it.
The same to you, Nicole and Mr. M.!
SO YES!!!! And no, I was so overly tired I had no eye on Ingo´s (!!!) backpack, not really my job, either.. He can sleep on the planes I can not.
