That´s What They Say....

 When you read this...
I am hopefully in the hotel in Dortmund.

With my good ole smartphone I bought in Joondalup/Perth  in 2017 and the weeds I got after a very nice chat with the lady from the selling booth in Freo´s markets.
They are open only on weekends, it was shortly before we left to Germany 2024.

Friend G picked me up all in the North (she lives 10 minutes even more to the North), we met our Monday-Mural host Sami in Cottesloe, visited Sculpture by The Sea and Sami took me to Freo where I headed off by myself and amongst other hit the markets.

Had a burger at Grill´d etc, went to the train station, to Perth, to Warwick, by bus to Madely - not a prob. Never afraid.

By myself, I was, not alone!
Now... I feel alone.

I write this at "home" in hope the weeds help me find the way without any mean "interruptions". Still have the kind words of the lady in my ear, a nice "nothing-serious-chit-chat".
I hope to go again, with no one by my side so I can stay wherever, how long ever I want.

No hurt feelings.please, but I tend to do "what others want" and then end up often - not always! - a tad "miserable".
Because I grew up taking others more serious than myself. Don´t teach this to yours, it is unhealthy.

As eating up everything unless it had gone really bad.
Drives Ingo nuts but my maternal family suffered real hunger in WWII and yes, long ago, but I was brought up like it was "today".

Gosh, right now I feel so sick.
Bet I´ll find my way. Bet ole smartphone will show me the way, bet not a nasty person will be by the tracks or near the park. I will find a way to pay the subway??? Not throw up?

It is GOOD I have to do this.
Fight.
Look at all the wars, this is an easy one.
Bye Henry, I hope I am in Dortmund now.
Cause... weeds never die.
Shi#... hope it does not rain, all deep grey here. A one hour march to Flixbus and no.
Sundays I do not count on public transport in Germany and taxi is too expensive.
Plus.. I am not made of sugar and have healthy feet.

Weeds are just flowers that aren't popular. I hope you made it to Dortmund safe, sound, and dry. Even if you are not made of sugar.

Keep on being the strong person you are. I remember eating leftovers a lot as a child, the "Sunday Roast" leg of lamb (actually hoggett or mutton, so it was larger) was "stretched" to make meals for a week, with less meat each day until it was gone. Slices of meat were fried, some were minced and made into shepherd's pie, sometimes we had roasted chicken, the leftovers didn't last so long. I still eat leftovers but from the day before, not older than that unless it was frozen.

I hope you are sound asleep and safe in your hotel as I write this. I hope it was a safe trip and a good day with no getting lost and nor crazy people around. Safe travels. hugs-Erika
