Bought 1000 ingredients to make brekkie/lunch for work... nada (hear me cry?).
Then saw, YIKES freezer is frozen.
I have to bake all the stuff and where put it?!
Yes, I also eat at home.
But I was planning for weeks, stupid me.
So I had to... On one day.. defrost that ole thing and meanwhile....
Most frozen now. Yep, I ate one Pizza-muffin right away, yummmm....
And yes, thank you for the tip: I mixed in that darn hemp flour with others, that´s why this bread looks "green". Not tasted yet. But reckon it´ll be good.
It´s the BEST BREAD EVER. Bro wanted the recipe, can´t wait if he tries how he thinks it´s like. Big Niece has diabetes 1 and it would be great for her.

First semester at uni and that stupid girl showed me her wounds from touching the hot oven and off I was.
Loose your job and grow.
Today: Making Jalapeno Cheddar cookies to use up all the butter I bought.
First the dough (well, ACTUALLY... because I´m slow I cut all the other stuff first and frying the onions took more than 10 minutes, too, and you don´t want to waste energy on the oven, right?): Mix the almond flour (I took less, some 150g) with 2 of the eggs (in the video they show one, you will need two), the psyllium and salt, mix well, then fill it in a buttered form and bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
And to be really honest: Next time I´ll just bake it without dough!!! Not worth it for me.
Cut the onions (half and then just slices), cook in a pan with oil till golden. I also added white wine. Because I had it... add salt and pepper, of course, just choose when. Add the cut meat. Then... well I mixed it first, the curd cheese and Crème fraîche, add. Next 80 g or such of the shredded cheese. Mix all that and put it in the form. Top it with the rest of the shredded cheese and bake for another 20 minutes at 180C.
Let it cool down a bit (essential for the taste of the onions). Enjoy :-)
I think most people have a white wine with it (I just need that for cooking and have a beer).

Anyhows. Nice (as I don´t have to drive, just walked to the market And yes. Since Ingo gets up around 04:00 am on weekdays I let him sleep in on Saturdays and walk to the market by myself).

Why not start a new year in life a tad weird, eh? A mix-up.
(I actually hate that! Decide on ONE language! "Kaffee to go" makes me sick!)

In German my name is pronounced like "ear-is". In French more like "ear-iiiis". So it was a "mess up" singing English and using that "ear", LOL. But their giggling made up for that. Bro then chewed my ear... haha, see a pattern?!... he chewed my ear off again.
