Ugly Try

I´m kinda fed up to see on one side those ads glorifying smoking and on the other hand showing those "shocking" pics.

It.Does.Not.Make.A.Difference.

Nor do high costs.

I see so many young people smoking, it´s crazy.
(I admit, I once was that "stupid", too)

The older ones quit, the young ones start. Logic, where are you?
Can someone explain, please??

We have one smoker, female, amongst our trainees.
But we´re only a party of 10...

She´s out in the freezing cold, alone, too, to have a smoke.
Why would one start smoking under these conditions anyways?

Last training-/test day. Please keep your fingers crossed.
Spirits are mediocre... (yes, got up 04:40 to learn, repeat the mostly not even logical stuff)
Results given two weeks later. Because... yes. We do that on paper. In the IT...

I'll tell you what, if I felt I had to stand out in yesterday's cold and wind here just to smoke, that would have been the end for me.

15C, sunny here now, no wind. Still... nah, thanks ;-)

Do you still have cigarette advertising Iris.. it's not allowed here for many years. It's so sad to see young people standing in laneways etc having a smoke, what an expensive way to kill themselves oui! 😣

P.s. good luck with last part of test, I'm sure you will get an excellent result!

Yes, Grace ads on this are still allowed, actually the flare up atm!!!
I know, there are better ways to risk your life. Like, say, visiting the Outback :-)
Thank you, test was very difficult. I´m more than happy if I pass at all...

I can remember the ads for cigertte smoking and how they glorfied it. But now it's limited on how the ads are display.
I've seen the effect of smoking. So I choice not to do it.

Good luck with the last part of your testing Iris.
I agree with you that those ugly photos on the packets do nothing to deter smokers, they might just scare the non-smokers.

That was a wise idea, Dora!

Well, Sami, I prepare for having failed the test...
Yes, crazy kids are not scared by this...
